oh nooooooooo

i don´t want to go home!!

i want to stay here and eat delicious 3 course meals that include wine from good regions and desserts that are very delectible and, and, and paella! and the tail of bulls (which is very delcious) and fresh seafood.

and have cafeterias, and my favorite bar!
and pastelerias, where i can eat napoletanas EVERY DAYYYYY!!!! (it is my favorite pastry...i am eating one every day this week. ^_^)

i want to go to the beach when it is nice (like today. mmm so nice)

i want to dance...and make jokes in class

and travel europe. seeing Paris does not equal seeing France. and Italy deserves more time. And i still haven´t been to Austria! or Germany (no, airport does not count)
and see Valencia, and, Madrid when it is not 0ºCelcius or colder, and see all the rest of Spain, and Portugal! GAHHH sadfaaaaace

i want to take siestas! (i only took 1, and it was an accident. sigh)
and ride the metro every day! and see people i know while walking down the street on a regular basis.

and have i mentioned the beaches?
and visit cathedrals and other architectually awesome places.
and go to mass in Spanish

but i also want to see my parents.
and play with my cat, and have her curl up in my lap or next to me on the couch doing that thing with her head and purring very, very loudly. (awww, kossshhhkaaaa)
and cook delicious cuban food in my (mom´s) wonderful kitchen.
and now spanish food, because i have learned a few recipes while i have been here. i have also acquired a very good recipe book :D of tapas. it was cheap. and had very key recipes that i can´t wait to attempt :D
and watch anime on my computer (sigh)
and purchase the first season of Gossip Girl. (they air that on Sunday nights...i..i have nothing to say about this new addiction)
and watch Star Trek with my mom. and Stargate. hours, and hours of Stargate :D
and see my Slavic Library friends, and my friends from home.
and go to my favorite dance club
and eat sushi

...and drive.

i will miss lots of things.

and the ocean at night.
walking back late from doing whatever, (the movie theater is right next to the ocean) like visiting with friends in the next town/area over and walking back because the metro has either stopped for the night or because the hour wait in the station is twice as long as the walk back to my house, and seeing everything all lit up on the hills surrounding the bay, the lights reflecting off the salt water and hearing the waves crashing on the shore.

and the smell of salt water.

I miss the ocean* already.
*actually i live by the sea: el Mar Cantabrico. but same thing, really.


unnngh enough complaining.

time for a napoletana! :D yum yum. my mom says she remembers them from Cuba. and they were exactly the same pastry, except these that i have been eating don´t have powdered sugar on top.

and then final exam, and eating dinner with friends in a chinese restaurant. mmmm
